Pretti, Director and Licensee
Beginning his career in Real Estate in 1969, Len went on to open his
own real estate office in 1979. Situated in the humble surroundings of
Fairfield Heights, Len started with only 66 managements to his name.
Through sheer hard work and determination, Len developed his own unique
style and focused on helping his landlords with their properties.
Not the agent from Hell, but the Agent with a Mission - to serve the
needs of all customers both landlord and tenants are met, using the best
possible service and advice available in the real estate industry.
The path to a comfortable security relies on more than just saving a
few dollars. Bricks and mortar are able to create this path, but to be
successful, you must have a manager that will look after your property
investment as if it was their own.
Len recognised that these were not just "bricks and mortar"
that he was managing, rather they were someone's life savings that he
was responsible for.
 Melina
Pretti, Director and Licensed Real Estate Agent
Melina Pretti has been with Pretti Real Estate since June 1990.
Melina started working in real estate in 1990, after leaving the
accounting sector. Her first few years in real estate was to establish
the computer and office systems, to enable for rapid growth. In
recent times she has overlooked the complete renovation and refurbishment
of the office, which now accomodates 3 shopfronts.

 Stephen
Jurinic, Licensed Real Estate Agent
Stephen Jurinic has been with Pretti Real Estate since December 1990.
Stephen started working in real estate in 1990 after leaving university
where he was studying accountancy. His first seven years in real estate
Stephen was involved in the property management department where he learned
all aspects of property management. Stephen started at the bottom and
worked himself up, he started by answering phones and collecting rent
and he steadily improved and was given the responsibility of a rental
portfolio to look after. Two years later Stephen was given the position
of head property manager and was second in charge under Len Pretti, during
this time Stephen learned the qualities of a leader and was the person
staff would turn to if they had any questions or problems.
In July 1999, Stephen was given the opportunity in becoming a partner
in the sales division which he took with both feet stamped in the ground.
Since then Pretti Real estate Sales has progressively become stronger
and has become a leading force in selling real estate in the Fairfield
and surrounding areas.
Stephen has been able to successfully do Sales and Property Management
- always putting in 110%. Recently he has returned to Property Management,
as a senior property manager, that's where he finds the work more challenging.
