At Pretti Real Estate, Commercial Property Management is one of our unique specialties. Since 2001, we have been providing specialist services and assistance to Commercial Property Investors all over the Sydney Metropolitan area – currently managing a diverse portfolio of over 200 properties ranging in Industrial/Retail/Office/Land opportunities. As Professional Managers in Commercial Property, our priority is to maximise Investor’s returns through effective management of our client’s assets. Whether it is the sale or leasing of your office space, industrial warehouse or retail shop, our team will be on hand to ensure our client’s expectations are not only met but well and truly exceeded.

Specifically, for owners, we undertake the following:
1. Supervise property maintenance, working closely with strata managers (where necessary), developers and tradesmen to maintain properties and enhance value.
2. Collect rent and outgoings and disburse this to owners the day the funds are available.
3. Conduct annual rent reviews and proceed with approved rental increases.
4. Conduct negotiations for extensions to leases.
5. Pay all outgoings on behalf of owners including strata levies, water rates and council rates
6. Inspect properties at beginning and end of lease and during the lease term.
7. Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial reporting to owners to assist them to assess the financial performance of their investment and meet their tax compliance obligations.
