Paying Your Rent Hassle Free

We know how precious your time is, and paying your rent can be a hassle. We can make paying your rent "Hassle Free" by giving you a B Pay card to use, to make phone payments. All you have to do is contact your bank and become registered. Then it's easy as 1,2,3,4!

1. Call your participating Bank
2. Follow the recorded prompt to make payment form your cheque/savings account
3. You will need to enter the biller code
4. Then enter the amount of rent you want to pay.

Funds will be transferred overnight into our rental account.

EFTPOS is available at our office, if you wish to use this facility.

Internet banking is also available, by using your B Pay reference.

Direct Payment / Periodical payment can be arranged with your bank weekly / fortnightly / monthly. These methods give you the Tenants - added choices.

Repairs Being Done

We know the importance of repairs being done, call our Pretti Team about your repairs and we will act on them quickly and efficiently.

Pre-vacation Inspection On Your Behalf

We at Pretti Real Estate prefer to view the property prior to you vacating, as we like to let you know what needs to be done before you vacate. We provide you with a leaflet (Pretti's Simple Guide to Vacating). By doing this, the Final Inspection is carried out with less problems.
